1、Application:

UN series of butt welder are mainly for ferrous metal highcarbon steel, soft steel, stainless steel wire, steel cord

filament, steel hose wire, bead wire, flat wire, nonferrous copper aluminum filament, copper-coated steel wire and

steel-cored aluminium wire.

II、Performance characteristics:

The small welding machine is easily portable with fine appearance. Auto- -controlled welding, operating guide rail for

slipper is made of bearing steel and precision positioning wires while welding. The micro wirediamter is between φ0.2-φ0.6 and the standard welded area is over 95%. The standard welded area for larger than φ0.6 wire is 98%. It is a domestic unique brand of butt welder and reached the same welding quality with the imports.

Welding scope: φ0.15- φ2.0mm ; φ0.2- φ3.0mm
