Equipment Features

1. Roller ; The roller material is 9SiCr, and the hardness of the roller body is 62-63HRC. Journal hardness 38-46HRC

Processing technology; Rough machining → quenching and tempering → finish machining → vacuum quenching → finish grinding       

2. Roller pass; The feeding amount is uniform and suitable, the pass design is reasonable, and the rolling wire is smooth without flash and burr.

3. Rolling device; The steel plate of the roll fixed frame is welded and treated by vibration aging.
    The use of high-speed wear-resistant copper sleeve has the characteristics of easy maintenance and long service life.

4. Gear; Material 40Cr high frequency quenching

5. Rack device; The whole frame angle steel is welded and treated by vibration aging.

6. Transmission; Gear.

7. Electrical equipment; Low voltage transformer, overload protector, AC contactor, button.

8. Service life of equipment; More than 10 years, if there are quality problems within one year, free replacement.

9. Oil injection system; Automatic oiling.
